Application Process

In your letter

1. Details of the applicant/s and/or beneficiary/ies full residential address, email address and date of birth (all applicants to fill out).
2. Who the application is for e.g. family, yourself, parent, children or grandchildren.
3. Either explain how the applicant is a relative of Eddie and Nita Boyle, or show evidence of the applicant residing in Central Southland area (see map), to highlight eligibility
4. What specifically the application is for e.g. tertiary study (and include the course and place of study).
5. What any funding provided would be used for.
6. It would be helpful to highlight how this application meets either the educational, health and /or personal development objectives of the trust (you may select one of these or a combination if appropriate). You could include an approximate amount of funding required with quotes or receipts for e.g. tertiary study, school or associated activity fees, health services, equipment etc if you wish to.
7. Bank account number that successful grant should be paid into.
